We uniquely immerse ourselves in your organization usually prior to an event/gala and jump-start your donor base. By learning your mission and vision, we strategically develop a donor recruitment and reinvigoration campaign that leads up to your in-person, virtual or hybrid celebration.
This support means that we actually do the “sales” and the “outreach” as your Advancement department to raise the revenue for not only that occasion, but most importantly, for that event, the rest of the year and the future. Post-event, we ensure an effective donor stewardship plan so that your staff can manage it to continue to be solid funder base that will grow and flourish.
Bottom line is event planning and consultation is a “nice to have” but anyone can do an event. We actually do the research for new donors, work with your current donor base to increase their gifts, and develop further relationships through your board and employees. Simply stated we will do the “asking” that your staff simply does not have time to do.
We are also very excited to work with engaging non-profits to assist in reaching the “next level”.

Prosper serves the non-profit community by lending expertise in program development, fund generation, grant writing, event planning and team/executive training and advancement.
Having worked in the non-profit and educational sectors as a paid professional and volunteer for over 20 years, I am uniquely capable of assessing organizational needs, immersing myself in the mission, and guiding the leadership to money generating principles and solutions.
My belief is that you can and should operate a non-profit as a business. It is not impossible to reach your community to the extent that you should, nor over the course of decades, unless you sincerely believe in maintaining the bottom line.
My experience involves starting entire advancement programs to raise funds for infrastructure, programming, capital, and emergency needs. After performing focused research, I am able to develop a combination of effective grant proposals, initiate donor cultivation and a system of continual constituent relationship building. I also have a proven record of developing targeted programs and evolving curriculum to meet ever-changing needs. When all of these objectives are combined with:
